  6. How many properties are you currently selling? It’s nice to know that your broker is in demand, but you also want to ensure that you won’t be lost in the shuffle.
  7. What do I need to do? A broker should always set clear expectations and responsibilities for you as the seller.
  8. What do I do about offers relying on an FHA loan? Government-guaranteed financing from the Federal Housing Administration, the Department of Veterans Affairs and state and locally managed loan assistance programs can be viable sources of funding from sellers.
  9. What is your commission? Make sure there are no surprises later.
  10. Do you have references? Talking to a past client can provide clear perspective on your broker.
